"I've always dreamed of sleeping in a coffin": a meeting in his crypt with the performance artist Sphaèros

Just steps from the bustling Rue du Faubourg Saint-Denis, in the basement of a Parisian building transformed into a crypt, lives Sphaèros , an artist, musician, and performer. This Lovecraft enthusiast, famous for having been the leader of the band Aqua Nebula Oscillator , has transformed a series of cellars dating back to the 13th century into a private studio and museum. The vaulted space seems unreal, filled with objects from a world populated by strange creatures and neo-skeletons of his own creation.
Sphaeros, an ageless man who lives by night, has a distinctive appearance. With long hair and an impeccable beard, always dressed in black, he wears jewelry around his neck that gives him the air of a sorcerer: a falcon's foot and a toad skin filled with cobra powder "supposed to give energy," and the ring of his friend Sky Saxon, the leader.
